The 6s played Ben Rhydding 4s and lost 2-0
But York still played well, except Ernie.

The mighty 6s came to Ben Rhydding on this midday meet up. York were ready to compete and win!!! But it didn’t go our way.
The game started with close end to end action with both sides fighting for the win,
The ball pinging back and forth.But then Ben Rhydding broke York, they started to break us the youthful players of Rhydding kept going and going and going. Getting shorts corners left right and centre. But Roddy(GK) saved every single one!!! Absolutely brilliant. Then York broke Rhydding with Malcom and Wiggy with some fabulous skills which lead to York breaking forward.

HALF TIME

The whistle blows and the second half begins and York get off to good start with some fast movement and passing going forward,which lead to some close moments in the D. But then Yet again Rhydding broke us as they got a big influx of short corners.
With a poor drag flick that just went under Roddy which was pretty poor from him(however the rest of his game made up for it). Thus Making Rhydding 1-0 up?
However York stayed persistent and tried to get back into the game. One breakthrough happened with Ernie doing some dribbling which got him into the top D and then
A SWING AND MISS!!!

Then Rhydding kept driving and driving which later lead to them thriving. One skilfull play from Rhydding lead to a shot on goal and it hit the backboard for their second of the game.
York tried to get back into it but the game was gone and Rhydding went on to win the game 2-0. With a comfortable win for Rhydding and they gain the 3 points.

It wasn't Yorks best game but they certainly tried hard.
