Match Report: Harrogate vs. City of York Ladies 2s

On a damp and grey Saturday morning, City of York Ladies 2s took on long-time rivals Harrogate in a fiercely contested away match. With Harrogate fielding several experienced players, both sides knew it would be a tough battle from the outset.

Anna, named Player of the Match, defended brilliantly, staying one step ahead of the Harrogate attackers throughout the game, while Ruby’s crucial saves ensured York came away with a point.
